I have had LPG for many years and have had contracts with most suppliers, and had issues with many. I have used LPGSave now for the last 3 successive contract renewals. They are always responsive, are very knowledgeable and provide exceptional savings. They are very efficient and it saves a lot of research work using their expertise. I have dealt with nearly all the team and they are all excellent. I would recommend them to anyone that uses LPG and wants to get the best contract and save money.

I have used LPG save / Power and gas networks on 3 occasions now when my LPG contract has been up for renewal. Each time they have negotiated an excellent deal for me with good reliable suppliers. They have done so promptly with minimal interaction from me. This year especially I am very grateful they are there.

As a large (12,000L pa) bulk domestic consumer of LPG, I am always keen to get the best possible price. LPG-save have twice now got me a better price from my existing supplier than I was offered directly. Insurance companies are now prevented from discriminating against loyal customers over new business in this way; but not it seems gas suppliers. Importantly too, LPG-save explained how additional charges can make a market-leading headline quote potentially uncompetitive. With the the rise of direct marketing by providers, brokers are no longer so prominent as they used to be, but LPG-save show how valuable is the service they provide in markets such as LPG where there is a clear asymmetry of information between providers and consumers.

This is the second year running I have now used Lpg save to negotiate my heating energy contract because they make the process simple and I trust them as I feel like they are doing there very best to get the best deal for there customers, they always reply promptly to any questions or concerns you may have and don’t pressure you in any way and So I will be using them again when next contract is due in another 2 years. Absolutely seamless process. They even coped when the process was slightly interrupted by me braking my ankle:) Price was better than I could have found as an individual, staff, especially a shout out to Robert, were polite, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend them if you decide to switch suppliers.

Second time we have used switch LPG having received the price from our present supplier I did a comparison of what other companies were offering. LPG switch service gave me a very competitive price which strangely was from our present supplier. I rang the present supplier for a reason as to why LPG switch are able to offer a better price with the same company and was told that the market works by becoming a new customer and being able to qualify for a new better deal, obviously companies are not able to offer loyal existing customers better deals. This is total madness to me but thank goodness LPG switch was able to give me a better deal. So I will be paying 10p a LTR less by having done a comparison search and letting LPG take out all the stress of having to contact individual companies. The service was simple and 1st class I can highly recommend the team at LPG switch and save.
