Excellent service, smooth transition, and considerable saving on Calor

An excellent quick and simple service has yielded a good result.

As a large (12,000L pa) bulk domestic consumer of LPG, I am always keen to get the best possible price. LPG-save have twice now got me a better price from my existing supplier than I was offered directly. Insurance companies are now prevented from discriminating against loyal customers over new business in this way; but not it seems gas suppliers. Importantly too, LPG-save explained how additional charges can make a market-leading headline quote potentially uncompetitive. With the the rise of direct marketing by providers, brokers are no longer so prominent as they used to be, but LPG-save show how valuable is the service they provide in markets such as LPG where there is a clear asymmetry of information between providers and consumers.

Great communication throughout every step of the process via Email. The price offers are clearly set out so at a glance you can see exactly what you will be paying, and there are no hidden charges in the small prints like other companies try to do. There was no back and forth required between companies to get the best price as LPGSave gave THE best price first time.
