Calor Gas – Delivery Update – Published April 2018 – We apologise unreservedly to anyone who has been affected by our current service issues. We understand that customers depend on us to deliver gas reliably and that more communication, earlier on, would have helped our customers to feel more prepared.

We are taking every step possible to improve the service that our customers are receiving. This includes our extended delivery hours which include evenings, weekends and bank holidays as well as ensuring we have more people ready to answer your calls and queries. We are also updating this page regularly and using all available methods of communication; including social media, email, letters and text messages.

We are scheduling orders on a priority basis to deliver to those most in need first. Unfortunately, this means we may not be able to provide advance notice of when your delivery will be made. We will continue to review our systems to ensure that we can keep customers better informed in future.

For customers who are waiting for their delivery of gas; please be reassured that our delivery depots are doing everything they can to schedule your delivery, and we’ll have a driver with you as soon as we can. If you’ve subscribed to our text notification service, you will receive a text when your gas is loaded for delivery.

For customers who have gas; we would ask that you place an order as soon as your levels reach 25% and if needed please use your supplies sparingly. Your next delivery may be delayed as we focus on fulfilling existing orders.
